You don't need much to run the Oneiric Screensaver.  In fact, you may have everything you need already.  First, you need a Windows computer, preferably with 3D hardware acceleration.  Second, you need the latest version of Microsoft DirectX, at least version 8.1.  Third, you need the screensaver itself, which you can download below.

Installation is simple!  Just drop the screensaver into your Windows folder, and you're done!  You can setup the screensaver by right-clicking on your desktop, selecting the "Screen Saver" tab, and choosing "Oneiric" from the drop-down list.
